• What do we want to host ?

     2. Specifications, including storage requirements ?

     1. Number of racks ?
     2. Size of racks ?
• Facilities and a physical availability of infrastructure.

     1. Earth quacks ?
     2. Floods ?
     3. Lightning storms ?
     4. Fire ?
  2. Security and physical access control ?
     1. Authorization of access ?
     2. Logs of access for auditing ?
     3. Alerting of access.
     4. Caged environment ? Who has access ? Emergency access ?
  3. Power and backup
     1. Dual power from separate ups and generator backup to each rack ?
     2. Ability to do live maintenance and electric upgrades with out taking down both feeds ?
     3. How long can generators operate during grid power failure with just on-site fuel ?
  4. Data meet-me rooms for Telco providers ?
     1. Where will wan equipment be housed in caged area or central meet-me telco rooms ?
     2. Dual connectivity to external Telco providers ?
