= Nz/Internet/2degrees_suck =

 * 2025 my ISP got bought by 2degrees.co.nz and i got moved over promptly.

== Reasons 2degrees.co.nz internet suck ==

 1. Support have to be called before 8pm.
    * initial call logs request, can't help.
    * day later get sms to call again for more into, call will be closed in 48h
    * call for 2nd time , they can't mail questions only send sms
    * receive sms, no reply email address 
    * search web for reply support email
     

 1. Super aggressive, after a late payment
    * they start sending threatening letters about blacklisting me and ruining my credit record.
    * Just cut of the internet.

 2. Some website just don't load from my home
    * Do a tcp trace and it just dies ?
    * Do a tcp trace to a different site and it is just 2hops away ? strange.
    * Discover all tcp trace route's are just two hops away ????

 3. Slow first connect ??? {{{
