4 to 6 onion Braaibsalt Soy sauce Brown vinegar 1L

4-6 onions 2 tbsp curry powder 2 tsp turmeric 1/2 cup chutney 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp braai salt 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup Worcester sauce 3 cups brown vinegar

  1. Braai 4 tot 6 uie in pot met 2 x eetlepels water and bietjie olie, sit dekselop tot sag en lig bruin.
  2. Sit by in pot - 2x eetlepels/tbsp kerri/curry + 2 x tsp borrie/turmeric
  3. Braai saam in pot
  4. Sit by 1/2x koppie/cup Blatjan/Chutney
  5. 1x tbsp sugar
  6. 1/2 cup Soy-sauce
  7. 1/2 cup Worcester sauce
  8. 3x cups Brown Vinegar
  9. Bring to the boil, and cool down in cold water after
  10. Layer tjops and sauce in container
  11. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.
