Ingredients

Braai salt

1/2 cup = 125ml

Soy sauce

1/2 cup = 125ml

Worcester sauce

3 cups = 750ml

Brown vinegar

Steps

  1. Braai 4 tot 6 uie in pot met 2 x eetlepels water(50ml) and bietjie olie(10ml), sit deksel op tot sag en lig bruin.
    • Stove #4 45min
  2. Sit by in pot - 2x eetlepels/tbsp kerri/curry + 2 x tsp borrie/turmeric
    • Mix in
  3. Braai saam in pot (skipped)
  4. Sit by 1/2x koppie/cup Blatjang/Chutney
  5. 1x tbsp Sugar

  6. 1/2cup Soy sauce

  7. 1/2cup Worcester sauce

  8. 3x cups Brown Vinegar

  9. Braai salt 1x tbsp = 15ml
  10. Bring to the boil #9 10min, and cool down in cold water in basin add some ice

60min

  1. Layer tjops and sauce in container
  2. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.
  3. Braai!
